As of May 25, 2018, European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) replaces the 1995 Data Protection Directive.

To comply with GDPR, LINE Pay has updated LINE Pay Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) accordingly and prepared LINE Pay Privacy Policy Addendum for GDPR (“Addendum for GDPR”) to better protect personal data of users in EU (European Union). The Addendum for GDPR is applied to users in EU only.

We are writing to inform you that LINE Pay Corporation、a Japanese entity("LINE Pay Japan")、shall replace LINE Biz+Pte.Ltd.、a Singapore entity as the LINE Pay service provider、with effect from 9 February 2018.

Should you wish to continue utilizing LINE Pay services through LINE Pay Japan、there is nothing else that you must do.　In this regard、please note that if you do not terminate your LINE Pay account before 9 February 2018. you will be deemed to have consented to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy that is issued by LINE Pay Japan、which will act as the service provider of all LINE Pay services provided to you henceforth.

However、if you do not agree to change your service provider to LINE Pay Japan、please terminate your LINE Pay account before 9 February 2018.　If you terminate your LINE Pay account、please note that all of your personal information relating to the LINE Pay service stored in LINE's servers will be deleted unless required by law.

LINE Pay đã đạt được chứng nhận PCI DSS (Tiêu chuẩn bảo mật dữ liệu ngành thẻ thanh toán), đây là một nỗ lực nhằm bảo vệ thông tin thẻ tín dụng và giao dịch của người dùng an toàn hơn.

[Giới thiệu về chứng nhận PCI DSS]
PCI DSS là tiêu chuẩn bảo mật dành cho việc xử lý thẻ tín dụng, được Hội đồng tiêu chuẩn bảo mật PCI định ra. Tiêu chuẩn này được năm thương hiệu thanh toán toàn cầu đặt ra và được công nhận là yêu cầu cơ bản cho mọi công ty trong ngành thẻ thanh toán.
PCI DSS gồm có 6 mục tiêu sau đây:
- Xây dựng và duy trì một mạng lưới bảo mật
- Bảo vệ dữ liệu của chủ thẻ
- Duy trì chương trình quản lý lỗ hổng bảo mật
- Thực thi các biện pháp kiểm soát truy cập nghiêm ngặt
- Thường xuyên giám sát và kiểm tra mạng
- Duy trì chính sách bảo mật thông tin

Chứng nhận PCI DSS dành cho các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ được phân loại là Cấp 1 hoặc Cấp 2. Để nhận được Chứng nhận PCI DSS Cấp 1, nhà cung cấp dịch vụ phải đáp ứng được các yêu cầu về quét mạng và 12 yêu cầu về bảo mật, được đánh giá kỹ lưỡng bởi một QSA (Ban đánh giá về bảo mật có trình độ).

LINE Pay đã được chứng nhận là tuân thủ PCI DSS Cấp 1 thông qua một đánh giá toàn diện do một QSA tiến hành, chứng minh rằng LINE Pay đã thiết lập và đang thực thi các biện pháp bảo mật để bảo vệ không chỉ thông tin về thẻ thanh toán của người dùng, mà còn thông tin cá nhân của họ trong môi trường an toàn được các thương hiệu thanh toán toàn cầu nổi tiếng thế giới đảm bảo.

[Giới thiệu về ISO/IEC 27001:2013]

ISO/IEC 27001 là tiêu chuẩn quốc tế dành cho hệ thống quản lý bảo mật thông tin, do Tổ chức tiêu chuẩn hóa quốc tế (ISO) và Ủy ban kỹ thuật điện quốc tế (IEC) phát triển. Chứng nhận này đã được công nhận như một trong các chứng nhận đáng tin cậy nhất trên toàn thế giới.

ISO/IEC 27001:2013 là tiêu chuẩn bảo mật thông tin đã được sửa đổi thay thế cho ISO/IEC 27001:2005 và bao gồm 114 quy tắc được phân loại trong 14 lĩnh vực, bao gồm các chính sách bảo mật thông tin, tổ chức bảo mật thông tin, kiểm soát quyền truy cập, mật mã, bảo mật về mặt vật lý và môi trường, trong số nhiều lĩnh vực khác.
