As of May 25, 2018, European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) replaces the 1995 Data Protection Directive.

To comply with GDPR, LINE Pay has updated LINE Pay Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) accordingly and prepared LINE Pay Privacy Policy Addendum for GDPR (“Addendum for GDPR”) to better protect personal data of users in EU (European Union). The Addendum for GDPR is applied to users in EU only.

Should you wish to continue utilizing LINE Pay services through LINE Pay Japan、there is nothing else that you must do.　In this regard、please note that if you do not terminate your LINE Pay account before 9 February 2018. you will be deemed to have consented to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy that is issued by LINE Pay Japan、which will act as the service provider of all LINE Pay services provided to you henceforth.

However、if you do not agree to change your service provider to LINE Pay Japan、please terminate your LINE Pay account before 9 February 2018.　If you terminate your LINE Pay account、please note that all of your personal information relating to the LINE Pay service stored in LINE's servers will be deleted unless required by law.

LINE Pay telah memperoleh pensijilan PCI DSS (Standard Keselamatan Data Industri Kad Pembayaran) dalam usaha untuk melindungi maklumat kad kredit dan transaksi pengguna dengan lebih baik.

[Tentang Pensijilan PCI DSS]
PCI DSS ialah standard keselamatan untuk pemprosesan kad kredit seperti yang ditakrifkan oleh PCI Security Standards Council, yang diasaskan oleh lima jenama pembayaran global dan diiktiraf sebagai syarat asas untuk mana-mana syarikat dalam industri kad pembayaran.
PCI DSS terdiri daripada 6 objektif berikut:
- Membina dan Menyenggara Rangkaian Selamat
- Melindungi Data Pemegang Kad
- Menyenggara Program Pengurusan Kerentanan
- Melaksanakan Langkah-langkah Kawalan Akses yang Ketat
- Memantau dan Menguji Rangkaian Secara Tetap
- Menyenggara Dasar Keselamatan Maklumat

Pensijilan PCI DSS untuk pembekal perkhidmatan dikategorikan sebagai Tahap 1 atau Tahap 2. Untuk memperoleh Sijil Tahap 1 PCI DSS, pembekal perkhidmatan mesti memenuhi syarat imbasan rangkaian dan 12 syarat keselamatan yang dinilai secara menyeluruh oleh QSA (Qualified Security Assessor).

LINE Pay telah memperoleh pensijilan untuk pematuhan Tahap 1 PCI DSS melalui penilaian menyeluruh yang dijalankan oleh QSA, oleh itu membuktikan bahawa LINE Pay telah mewujudkan dan melaksanakan langkah-langkah keselamatan bagi melindungi bukan sahaja maklumat kad pembayaran pengguna, malah juga maklumat peribadi mereka dalam persekitaran selamat yang dijamin oleh jenama-jenama pembayaran global yang terkemuka di dunia.

[Tentang ISO/IEC 27001:2013]

ISO/IEC 27001 ialah standard antarabangsa untuk sistem pengurusan keselamatan maklumat yang dibangunkan oleh Organisasi Piawaian Antarabangsa (ISO) dan Suruhanjaya Elektroteknikal Antarabangsa (IEC). Ia diiktiraf sebagai salah satu daripada pensijilan yang paling berwibawa di dunia.

ISO/IEC 27001:2013 ialah standard keselamatan semakan yang menggantikan ISO/IEC 27001: 2005 dan terdiri daripada 114 kawalan yang diklasifikasikan di bawah 14 domain, antara lain termasuk dasar keselamatan maklumat, organisasi keselamatan maklumat, kawalan akses, kriptografi, keselamatan fizikal dan alam sekitar.
