As of May 25, 2018, European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) replaces the 1995 Data Protection Directive.

Should you wish to continue utilizing LINE Pay services through LINE Pay Japan、there is nothing else that you must do.　In this regard、please note that if you do not terminate your LINE Pay account before 9 February 2018. you will be deemed to have consented to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy that is issued by LINE Pay Japan、which will act as the service provider of all LINE Pay services provided to you henceforth.

However、if you do not agree to change your service provider to LINE Pay Japan、please terminate your LINE Pay account before 9 February 2018.　If you terminate your LINE Pay account、please note that all of your personal information relating to the LINE Pay service stored in LINE's servers will be deleted unless required by law.

Al fine di proteggere in maniera sicura le carte di credito e le informazioni delle transazioni degli utenti, LINE Pay ha acquisito la certificazione PCI DSS (Standard di sicurezza dei dati dell'industria delle carte di pagamento).

[Informazioni sulla Certificazione PCI DSS]
PCI DSS è lo standard di sicurezza delle operazioni con carta di credito definito dall'Ente responsabile degli standard di protezione PCI, fondato da cinque marchi leader del settore dei pagamenti . Questo standard è riconosciuto come il requisito di base per ogni azienda nel settore delle carte di credito.
PCI DSS si rifà ai sei obbiettivi seguenti:
- Costruire e mantenere una rete sicura
- Proteggere i dati dei proprietari delle carte
- Mantenere un programma di gestione della vulnerabilità
- Implementare delle misure del controllo dell’accesso molto rigide
- Monitorare regolarmente e testare le reti
- Mantenere una politica di sicurezza delle informazioni

La certificazione PCI DSS per service provider viene divisa in livello 1 o livello 2. Per ottenere il Certificato PCI DSS di livello 1, un service provider deve soddisfare i requisiti di scansione della rete e altri dodici requisiti, tutti minuziosamente controllati da un perito QSA (Qualified Security Assessor).

LINE Pay ha acquisito la certificazione PCI DSS di livello 1 a seguito di uno scrupoloso controllo condotto da un perito QSA, il che ha dimostrato che LINE Pay ha istituito e mantenuto delle misure di sicurezza atte non solo a proteggere le informazioni delle carte di credito degli utenti, ma anche le loro informazioni personali, il tutto in un ambiente sicuro garantito da marchi leader del settore dei pagamenti conosciuti in tutto il mondo.

Per poter gestire in sicurezza e proteggere i dati degli utenti e le informazioni sensibili, LINE Pay ha acquisito la certificazione ISO/IEC 27001 Sistema di Gestione della Sicurezza delle Informazioni (SGSI).

[Informazioni sull’ISO/IEC 27001:2013]

L’ISO/IEC 27001 è una standard per i sistemi di gestione della sicurezza delle informazioni, sviluppato dall’Organizzazione internazionale per la normazione (ISO) e dalla Commissione elettrotecnica internazionale (IEC). È considerata una delle certificazioni più autorevoli del mondo.

L’ISO/IEC 27001:2013 è una revisione dello standard per la sicurezza delle informazioni che ha sostituito la certificazione ISO/IEC 27001:2005 e consiste in 114 controlli classificati in base a 14 ambiti, tra cui figurano tra le varie le condizioni della sicurezza delle informazioni, l’organizzazione della sicurezza delle informazioni, il controllo dell’accesso, la crittografia e la sicurezza ambientale e fisica.
